THE FOLLOWING IS THE LIST OF MEMBERS/FLAT OWNERS WHO HAVE NOT PAID CERTAIN AMOUNTS DUE TO SHIKHAR COMPLEX OWNERS ASSOCIATION DURING THE PERIOD STARTING FROM THE INCEPTION OF SHIKHAR COMPLEX OWNERS' ASSOCIATION IN OCT 2008 TILL THE PERIOD ENDED SEPTEMBER 2010. THE DUES SHOWN ARE CUMULATIVE ON ACCOUNT OF M FEE, PROP TAX, WATER DEPOSIT & INITIAL SECURITY DEPOSIT.

Note-1 & 2 : Mr Faheen Khan is requested to provide registration information regarding his flats 125 and 153 A [provide the flat no as registered] Rs 5000/- is initial security deposit. If paid to the developer, CHPL, please take up with the builder to transfer the amount to your society.

Note-3 : Mr Uttam Kumar Ambasth to provide regn info and the flat no as registered. Securty deposity Rs 5000/- if paid to the builders, to be got transferred to SCOA by taking up the matter with them.
