However, timely payments of your dues would be essential to keep the maintenance functions in order.

29-10-2010 at 8.00 PM at the stilt floor of Shikhar Building
to discuss and decide on certain urgent matters
in connection with lift maintenance/repair, security guard posting etc.
All members are requested to attend positively.

BEGINNING FROM
1ST OCTOBER 2010 TO 30TH SEPTEMBER 2011 IS DUE NOW.
THE MEMBERSHIP FEE FOR MAINTENANCE OF YOUR PROPERTY IS KEPT UNCHANGED AS EARLIER PAYABLE IN ADVANCE FOR THE YEAR WHICH IS RS.6000/- FOR 12 MONTHS.[@ RS.500/-PM PER FLAT]
ADDITIONALLY YOUR SOCIETY HAS DECIDED TO COLLECT A LUMPSUM AMOUNT OF RS 2000/- FOR THIS PERIOD TOWARDS MEETING CAPITAL EXPENSES LIKELY TO INCUR SUCH AS PROPERTY TAX PAYMENTS ON YOUR BEHALF, LIFT RENOVATION, ETC.
SO THE TOTAL PAYABLE AMOUNT FOR THIS PERIOD IS
RS.8000/- PER FLAT.
PLEASE MAKE YOUR CONTRIBUTIONS AT THE EARLIEST FOR THE SOCIETY TO FUNCTION PROPERLY ON YOUR BEHALF.
