| Comments: | Dear friends, I had to leave Bhilai and move to Ranchi in 2011 March, resigning from my position of Treasurer (SCOA). Thereafter, I have been a silent observer of what had been happening there. It is a fact that many owners of Shikhar are not residents there. It is the few owners who reside there who have to take up the responsibility of taking up the association posts and manage the day to day management of Shikhar. I being a founder member of our association and a person actively involved in getting SCOA its much needed society registration including drafting of its Bye-laws (that is published in this site) I know the difficulties involved in democratically running such a society. Many of the flat owner members have pretty no idea of doing such a thing in accordance with the law of the land. But unless we take that responsibility of doing things properly, we are likely to land into difficulties affecting each and every one of us who had spent huge sums for owning this property. T |
